At ARTSN, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handcrafted products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at hello@artsn.com with proof of the defect or damage.
Non-Refundable Items
Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
