We ship our handcrafted boards from warehouses in Australia and the United States to deliver faster and keep shipping costs fair for customers worldwide.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Thresholds

United States (All States)

  • Standard shipping: $9.95 USD

  • Free shipping: Orders $99.00 USD+

Important: In some cases, we may ship US order from Australia to fulfil your order faster (or due to stock availability).

If this results in any extra charges (e.g. additional shipping, duties, or taxes), ARTSN covers the difference - you will never pay more than the shipping rate shown at checkout.

Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • You’ll receive tracking by email once dispatched

  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day

Delivery Times (Estimates)

Delivery times are estimates from dispatch (business days):

  • Australia: 2–5 business days

  • New Zealand: 5–10 business days

  • Canada: 6–12 business days

  • Asia / Europe / UK / Japan: 7–14 business days

Delays can occur due to carrier congestion, customs processing, or remote delivery areas.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For destinations outside Australia and the USA, your country may apply customs duties, VAT/GST, or import fees on delivery.

If we ship from an alternate warehouse and this creates additional charges beyond what you saw at checkout, ARTSN covers the difference.
